How to Measure
Finding Your Bra Size
For the most accurate measurement, wear a non-padded bra or no bra at all. Use a soft measuring tape and keep it parallel to the floor.

Band Size (Under-bust)
Measure snugly around your ribcage, directly under your bust. Round to the nearest whole number. If even, add 0; if odd, add 1.

Cup Size (Over-bust)
Measure loosely around the fullest part of your bust. Subtract your band measurement from this number to find your cup size.

Finding Your Panties Size
Measure your natural waist (the narrowest part of your torso) and your hips (the fullest part). Use your larger measurement to determine your size.
